Ce advisor pratique s'adresse à tous les praticiens désirant réaliser des infiltrations et autres gestes percutanés sous guidage échographique des pathologies abarticulaires et articulaires.
Depuis quelques années le guidage échographique, non-irradiant, facile d'accès et souvent plus adapté pour les constructions périarticulaires (tendons, bourses, etc.) a partiellement remplacé le guidage scopique. Il permet de repérer les constructions vasculonerveuses et de contrôler en temps réel l'injection au niveau de l. a. cible. Néanmoins cette method de guidage pose des questions spécifiques d'asepsie avec los angeles manipulation de l. a. sonde et nécessite de reconsidérer et d'adapter les voies d'abord qui peuvent être différentes des voies classiques connues sous scopie.
Cette procedure requiert donc un apprentissage et une bonne maîtrise des symptoms, du matériel et de l'écho- anatomie. Pour chaque geste sont discutés :
- les précautions préalables (indications, informations au sufferer, hémostase),
